02. Free 15-minute call

This is only for brief introduction, understanding the main problem, and checking whether we should go deeper.

03. Data and expectation check

If the client already has analytics, ad reports, CRM exports, Search Console data, or previous audits, they can share them for more accurate diagnosis and targeting.

04. Service recommendation

TMG recommends the right service model, scope, deliverables, timeline, and what access will be needed.

05. Deep video call

The full call is not rushed. We explain the plan, remove confusion, answer questions, and make sure there is no trust gap before work starts.

06. Agreement and onboarding

Once the scope is clear, TMG confirms the agreement, responsibilities, access needs, and onboarding checklist before work starts.

07. Month 1 analysis + setup
